Accounts Officer

Your New Company/Role:

As a well established organisation, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team on a permanent full time position. The role is to be based in their Western Sydney office with onsite parking provided alongside 1 day work from home flexibility.

About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:

Reporting to a nurturing Financial Controller; you are responsible for

• Reconciliation of balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Performing deal processing tasks
• Performing cash banking reconciliation
• Proactively working on claims
• Performing banking duties
• Maintaining accurate balance sheets
• Support the accurate management and recording of stock
• General clerical duties including assisting the AR and AP areas when required

Ideal Profile

This opportunity is for someone who has experience within a similar role. You will also bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting & Finance/Business/Commerce or equivalent work experience
• 1 year or more work experience in the automotive industry is a MUST HAVE
• Prior experience in Pentana Era Power/Era Power Link/ Pentana is a MUST HAVE
• Intermediate Excel skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment

Benefits

• $75,000 - $80,000 + Super (based on experience) + Bonus
